What a lovely day! Sorry to sound totally British but the weather was superb, with blue skies and sunshine at the new Mr and Mrs Hutson’s wedding at Ramada Newton Park, Burton-on-Trent on Saturday. Janet and Paul were so relaxed they were almost horizontal and at one point I ‘casually’ suggested to the ‘posh suits’ that 45 minutes before the ceremony might be a good time to get dressed!
It was the first time we have worked with David Green of Total Wedding Photography, Nottingham and it was an easy, relaxing experience - thank you David!
The resident toastmaster, Tom Reddy (one of the absolute best) was on fine form as usual, and he privately told me how well suited he thought Janet and Paul are. We agree. Their vows were typical of the couple - loving but with a sense of humour. We hope they enjoy their honeymoon in Mexico. Their original safari honeymoon had to be cancelled for obvious reasons but we are sure they’ll have fun wherever they are - congratulations and see you on the editing decks!

Many thank for all your help at Janet and Paul’s Wedding, it was a pleasure to work with a company that were more interested in capturing the special moments rather than trying to control the day!
I have no doubt that your footage will represent just how special Janet and Paul’s Wedding Day was.

Hi Karrie and Jon, just want to say a massive ‘Thank You’ for everything on our wedding day! Although we haven’t seen the finished product, we’re more than confident it will be amazing! Karrie, you were brilliant, you weren’t just the videographer on the day, you were the friend who helped out with a near dress disaster and helped with the needle and cotton when my chief bridesmaid’s hands were shaking too much! You were also the one who just happened to have the right shade of lipstick in her bag!! How impressed was I?!!
It wasn’t like having two people that we’d paid to film the wedding, it was more like having two friends that just happen to be rather good with filming!! You were unobtrusive yet I just know you captured everything!! Thank you again. xx
