Switch off your lights on Saturday!

If everyone says you're obsessed by your wedding then prove them wrong - temporarily - and save the planet too.

Saturday March 29th 8pm is Earth Hour Day.  Bangkok, Tel Aviv, Christchurch, Suva, Toronto and Chicago - cities from 6 continents have pledged to turn off the lights for one hour. Even Melbourne’s aquarium sharks are going to bed early! The world has been asked to join businesses and restaurants in 23 cities worldwide, by cutting our carbon diets to show commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

So how about a candlelit fresh salad dinner, then snuggle up in bed with the heating turned down.  You can feel all virtuous and enjoy a romantic evening too.

Don’t forget to ask the ‘friends’ who think you’re wedding obsessed what they did for Earth Hour though!
