Sarah and Richard Harley's wedding at The Chase Golf Club

If you were at this wedding and didn't have fun then there is no excuse - this family was all set to party!

Yesterday’s wedding ceremony was at St Mark’s, Great Wyrley near Cannock for the wedding of Richard Harley and Sarah Franks, but first we filmed Sarah’s bridal preparations at her parents’. Sarah’s father Alan made us welcome by reminding me about a certain ‘mug of tea incident’ and the scene was set for a fun day.

Sarah’s mother Hazel and bridemaids Michelle, Joanna, Lauren and Faith were enjoying quality ‘girl time’, with Stella doing hair and make-up. I got some lovely footage of them all, while Jon enjoyed taking the photos.

Next we filmed Richard and the guys at The New Inn, where the laughter was flowing almost as fast as the beer! We captured a great scene as they walked to the church too.

Rev Price gave us a friendly welcome and Jon had time for loads of photos before Sarah arrived, while Best Man Les kept Richard calm. After a lovely ceremony, and with the help of usher Andrew (more of him later), Jon took the photos while I filmed ... so much confetti!

Sarah and her bridesmaids were beautiful in ivory and red and Richard loved wearing his expertly fitted suit from Kevin Paul in Hednesford.

Luckily we missed the heavy showers, so Richard and Sarah left in the fab open top Daimler by Adam and Eve Cars for The Chase Golf Club, where guests enjoyed a relaxing Wedding Breakfast and the heartfelt speeches, and were amazed by Andrew’s great wedding cake. Loads of videos guest messages were filmed before the evening reception got into full swing with disco and band to entertain. As we now expected everyone was really letting their hair down on the dance floor and the party went on ...

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Harley. Have a great honeymoon in The Lake District - your photos will be ready on your return - and see you soon on the decks.
