Mike and Janet had a great time filming Laura Sampson and Paul Curry’s wedding at St Helen’s Church in Etwall, followed by a reception at Shottle Hall. Great to be filming guests enjoying the sunshine!

All the wedding party looked splendid! Ushers John, Jonathan, Neal and James were super efficient at the church and photo call, Bridesmaids Miranda, Chelcie, Nikki, Angie and Maxine all looked pretty in tea length cappuccino dresses, whilst Laura was beautiful and elegant in a classic ivory gown with pearls.

After a lovely ceremony and photos it was time to move on to beautiful Shottle Hall for a champagne and canapés reception followed by a superb wedding breakfast. The speeches that followed were excellent, with Laura’s father producing some amusing anecdotes from his daughter’s past, to which Paul responded with style. Best Man Kevin used a quiz in his speech to cleverly pass on info about Paul - including a misplaced car and an
oversupply of toilet cleaner! Very original and enjoyed by all.

Congratulations from Jon and me and from our camera crew Mike and Janet to the new Mr and Mrs Curry. Have a great honeymoon and we look forward to seeing you on the editing decks!
