Sarah and Giovanni's Branston Golf Club wedding

Back again to St Joseph's Church, Rugeley for a beautiful wedding ...

Sarah and Giovanni Sirianni - a Grecian goddess at Branston Golf Pavillion.
Bank Holiday Monday’s wedding was again at St Joseph & St Ethelreda’s Church, Rugeley but this time for video as well as photography. It’s a beautiful church but still a shame that Father Peter doesn’t allow the usual front camera position - oh well!
First we filmed bridal preparations at Lodge Road, where Sarah and her 5 bridesmaids: Rachael Wood, Libby Waterhouse, Amie Coutts, Katy Hodgkiss and Jana Aydin were busy with hair and make-up. As you can see from the photo Sarah’s hair and gown by Rebecca Jayne’s at Mix ‘n’ Match, Rugeley were amazing, with an unusual Grecian goddess appeal, while the bridesmaids’ dresses were laced at the back but with a theme based on Loveheart candies every dress was in a different candy colour. Amazingly pretty!
Giovanni - complete with top hat - with Best Man Giuseppi Sirianni, ushers Antonio Fierro, Pete Jorkowski, Chris Conyon, Sean Merrett with page boys Joe and Daniel Waterhouse were dressed to impress by Kevin Paul at Hednesford, one of the absolute best in the business at fitting suits!
The Bride arrived in a vintage Rolls Royce by Aarons Wedding Cars and Father Peter presided over an emotional ceremony - hardly a dry eye in the house! A few large group photos and masses of confetti and then it was off to Branston Golf Club Pavillion for their wedding reception.
The Bride & Groom were greeted by the ever-charming Geraldine before drinks, canapés and the main photo shoot in the beautifully landscaped garden. We’d lost a bridesmaid and usher en route, so Jon had his work cut out but we have some lovely photos to show you all soon. (If you leave a message I’ll email you when they are online.) It was great to see electra bride and groom Kevin and Debbie Geary too and looking forward to seeing their new baby’s photo!
Inside chair cover bows matched the bridesmaids’ dresses, a Loveheart inspired wedding cake by Carole Gregory, Loveheart candy favours and a Grecian waterfall on the buffet table all added to Sarah’s wedding theme. Guests enjoyed a barbeque feast before speeches by Sarah’s mother Alison Hylton, Giovanni and Giuseppe, which all went down very well. Rei joined me to complete the photographs and we filmed loads of fun messages before the First (or 2nd!) Dance. A slight mix-up as Giuseppe decided to change the arrangements meant we were filming messages when he asked singer Rich Parsons to announce the First Dance without telling us ... but apparently their 2nd First Dance was much better, so we filmed the best! The entertainment continued with Rich Parsons singing with guitar ...
Our congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Sirianni. If you leave them a message using the comments form below I’ll email you when their photos and video highlights are online for you to watch! Apologies for the delay in posting this blog and we hope to see you at another wedding soon!
