Two lovely weddings this weekend at a two new venues for Electra ...

Jon and I filmed a wedding in Leeds at the stunning newly renovated Mansion - apologies to the guests looking for their blog as we can’t post one for confidentiality reasons.
Meanwhile Chris and Gemma were afilming at another new and beautiful venue for us filming at Curradine Barns, Worcestershire. Chris and Gemma loved the venue and had a great time filming the day.
The day began with all the fun last minute bridal preps. Chris reported that Lorna was exceptionally well-organised and everything went to plan. A lovely start to the day was the beautiful gifts Lorna received from Andrew her groom - a beautiful ring and Tiffany bracelet - can’t wait to see it in the wedding movie! Beautiful footage of some lovely ladies then off to the picturesque country church of St Mary’s in Shrawley to catch up with Andy and his attendants. Photographer Sammy Southall and Jane were at hand so we knew there would be fun times ahead!
Lorna’s beautiful gown suited her to perfection and drew admiring glances as she walked down the aisle. It was the first wedding under new Parish regulations and the ceremony conducted by Rev Alan Norkett was all the couple could have wished.
The wedding theme was butterflies and although the weather was a bit changeable rain held off and the sun came out for the photos.
Next it was on to the reception at Curradine Barns - just yards away from the church. Guests relaxed with drinks during the photo shoot and then enjoyed a delicious wedding breakfast with speeches that were very funny indeed! Video messages (for the couple to enjoy later) filmed it was soon time for the First Dance and the fun continued ...
