Ramada Orbital Plaza wedding for Neil and Salena

This was a wedding where the bride and groom put their guests first ...

One happy couple!

Salena and Neil planned so many special details for their guests and Jon and I were proud to be official photographer and videographers for them.

The day began with film and photos as Salena and her family got ready for the ceremony. Salena was a little nervous and very quiet but once she had her beautiful gown on she seemed to relax a little.

At Ramada Birmingham North Neil had arrived in real style in a red sports car and he seemed quite at home in the Astin Martin!

The bridal party arrived with Platinum Cars drivers Paul and Darren - we love these guys. The cars are always immaculate, they treat the bride like a princess for the day and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Neil and Salena were quite emotional as they made their vows and you could see how much they care for each other.

We did manage to get a photo of the happy couple with their wedding cars but then the rest of the photos were indoors as it started to rain. Canapés were served in the bar before Neil and Salena handed out personal scrolls as a thank you gift to guests in the receiving line, then it was up to the 13th floor for a wedding breakfast with panoramic views over Cannock. Our thanks to Dawn and her team at The Ramada Orbital Plaza for their smooth organisation and help throughout the day.

We filmed the amusing speeches before guests adjourned to the Place De Legendes for the evenin reception. Again lots of detail with wonderful balloon displays by Carabou who also provided the tempting chocolate fountain!

The First Dance got everyone on the floor and guests were getting into the groove even before the buffet. Neil and Salena met originally at Primary School and their cute daughter and bridesmaid Amelia seemed to have an admirer on the dance floor so maybe she’s met her future match too?!
