Another wedding with great couple and where the rain stayed away ...

Kevin and Louise off to Comus Restaurant Keele

Jon and I were at the wedding of Louise and Kevin with Jon doing the photography and me as main videographer. We were worried about the weather but we were so lucky as the rain held off until the speeches when it absolutely POURED!

First stop was the bridal preparations where their little daughter Amy was worrying everyone as she was quite poorly. She would have made a cute flower girl but instead she was looked after by the proud grandparents and she soldiered on and was a sgood as gold throughout.

Once the hair and make-up was done and Louise was dressed in her beautiful gown (what a stunning figure!) it was off to St John’s Church, Keele. A slight mix-up with transport meant that the groom was a bit late but still time for a few photos before the bride’s mother and bridesmaid arrived. Louise arrived in her beautiful open top Beetle by Beetle Wedding Cars.

After a lovely ceremony conducted by Rev Stuart Ansell it was time for a very fast photo shoot indeed - Kevin and Louise’s main concern was for their guests to enjoy the drinks reception and if whatever the clients want is fine with us.

Jon took some lovely photos of Kevin and Louise, assisted by lovely bridesmaid Joanne Abbott (our thanks to her for all her help) before driving off in VW Beetle style to Comus Restaurant.

After a delicous carvery wedding breakfast it was time for the speeches and it was then that the torrential rainstorm struck and father of the Bride John Glovere and Best Man Stuart Abbott entertained the guests. A night of dancing was due to start as we left and I’m sure they all had a great evening!
