Moathouse Acton Trussell wedding for Kirsty and Mat
posted by: Karrie on 5 October 2010
As Autumn weather cools a little this bride was both chic and warm in her beautiful wrap at Moathouse Acton Trussell ...

A romantic moment at Moathouse Acton Trussell
Chris and Emma were filming and they reported that rain held off for photos, which given that it was not the best of weather was a very good thing. Perhaps someone was looking after Kirsty from on high?
It was a very emotional day and there were a few tears when Kirsty first appeared in her amazing wedding gown. Kirsty was attended by bridesmaid Rachel Spence and flower girl Jessica Pearson who also looked lovely in their gowns and accessories provided by The Wedding Parlour in Cannock.
The guys were also looking dapper with top hats the order of the day - always makes for excellent photo opportunities!
After a moving ceremony at lovely St Mary’s & St Chad’s Church, Brewood conducted by Rev Charmaine Host, with singing from St Mary & St Chad’s Choir accompanied by organist Jean Martyn. Andrew Carter and Helen Pearson read the beautiful readings the couple had chosen and the witnesses were Rachel Spence and Andrew Cliffe.
A few photos followed outside the church before Kirsty and Mat departed by horse and carraige for the reception at The Moathouse Acton Trusell, where the wedding breakfast was declared ‘superb’ by their guests.
Speeches were excellent with an emotional speech by Mat the groom.
This time we’d been booked to film just the First Dance but Chris and Emma throughly enjoyed working with such lovely people so they stayed on to capture some of the disco too, so our thanks to everyone for being so nice!
Congratulations from us all at Electra Films. Please leave the new Mr and Mrs Carter a message using the comments form below and we’ll contact you as soon as their Tissington Hall wedding video highlights hits our movie theatre.
