Oak Farm wedding for Rachel and Mandip
posted by: Karrie on 19 October 2010
Bright sunshine for mid-October wedding. How great is that?

Rachel and Mandip at Oak Farm Hotel
Rachel and Mandip were married at Oak Farm in an intimate family occasion - an ideal location for a family wedding, where Alex, Dan and all the staff treat couples to first class service.
Rei was photographer with Dom as her assistant. The couple had chosen a traditional style album so posed photos were the order of the day. The photo order was planned around the children, who were expected to be tired. We’d tried to ensure that we got the most important photos with Harvey and Emily early doors but allowing for more of them later if they were still happy to be photographed. So a big apology to anyone curious / frustrated with the photo order ... it was all for the children! And of course after all that planning it wasn’t really necessary because all the children were FABULOUS!
Anyway ... the sun shone and all their guests had a lovely time. There was a bit of a chocolate theme going on with Mandip and attendants plus bride’s sister Matron of Honour Sally-Anne’s dress being chocolate hued and of course the scrummy wedding cake covered in white chocolate curls - almost too good to eat!
Rachel’s proud father Martin Jones walked his daughter down the aisle and there were a few not-so-dry eyes as the bride arrived looking beautiful in her stunning gown.
After an emotionally charged ceremony photos followed in the gardens before their wedding breakfast.
Congratulations from us all at Electra Films to the new Mr and Mrs Thando. Please leave Rachel and Mandip a message using the comments form below (We’ll then contact you when their photo password is removed so you can see them too.)
