Shottle Hall wedding for Julie and David
posted by: Karrie on 4 January 2011
New Year's Eve has always been a great day to party and that goes for weddings too ...

Film still of Julie and David at Shottle Hall
I may be a bit biased as it’s my birthday, but 31st December has always seemed a great day for a wedding, with all the guests up for a party, and this was no exception.
Chris and Gemma were filming at the lovely Shottle Hall and Chris’s exact description was ‘a really happy day at an amazing venue.’
The weather was kind with no rain and mild temperature. Bridesmaids looked lovely in their turquioise blue dresses and the ceremony was packed with guests all in mellow mood ready to celebrate the wedding of a super and obviously popular couple.
Chris said the Best Man’s speech was really funny with lots of stories about Dave as they were best mates at uni.
Chris can always be relied upon to tell me about the food, which he said was excellent and especially the white chocolate wedding cake he said looked delish!
David and Julie’s daughter looked beautiful and was very cute and good all day - especially for the photos. However although David and his attendants all looked stylish it was Julie who had the ultimate wow factor and who radiated beauty and happiness all day, carrying her bouquet of white roses.
Congratulations from us all at Electra to the new Mr and Mrs Warner. From Chris’s report I can’t wait to see their film - a perk of the job for a wedding-aholic like me! If you’d like to see the video highlights - usually featured on Electra Films Facebook page and YouTube - then leave David and Julie a goodwill message using the comments form belowand we’ll email you when their video is online.

Well Done Julie for finally bringing down this magnificent beast. His stuffed head at the end of your mansion’s entrance hall will be a sight to behold for all those that enter… You looked knockout by the way. xx
