Heart of England wedding of Victoria and David

Not the easiest weather for a photographer but David and Victoria enjoyed a sunny wedding at St Mary's & All Saints Church Fillongley before their reception at Heart of England ...

All the team were out in force this Saturday and while Jon, Chris and I were filming and photographing one wedding the girls were photographing Victoria and David.

We began with lovely natural photos of the bridal preparations before going along to meet the guys at the pub while the second photographer was ready for bridesmaids arriving at church - good teamwork all the way!

Victoria looked truly stunning and her bevy of bridesmaids - Lorna, Sarah, Denise, Niamh, Roxanne, Courtney, Kim and Elissa - all looked lovely as you’ll see in their photos. David and his guys - Jon, Ian, Russell and page boy Ryan - looked pretty cool too, and were clearly enjoying themselves.

From the start of the day everything was running late with both Victoria and her ladies arriving to get ready half an hour late, David and the guys being 40 minutes late getting to the pub ... so they then had to chivy them along to the church. They needn’t have rushed them though cos the bride had an extra drive round in the beautiful white Beauford wedding car while waiting for the coach with guests to arrive at St Mary’s and All Saints Church!

No-one seemed to mind though and after a lovely ceremony conducted by Rev Ian Kennedy followed by photos outside it was on to Heart of England for the reception, under the auspices of wedding co-ordinator Pippa Wells

The weather was perhaps every wedding photographer’s nightmare with sun popping in and out behind clouds and wind blowing hair and dresses around meaning constant camera setting adjustments - great for the guests though!

Rei and Sarah worked through to the end of the speeches and there are nearly 1100 photos online for you to browse through ... wow!!
