Packington Moor wedding of Clare and Richard
posted by: Karrie on 7 August 2011
Another regular favourite wedding venue of ours ...

Happy wedding day Mr and Mrs Haynes!
This was another Top Notch film package- so all day coverage - and Chris began filming at the bride’s home in Aldridge, where all was cool and calm.
Next on to meet the dapper looking guys - Richard with Best Man David Haynes, ushers Mark Hession and Christopher Cheek and ring bearer Fynn Haynes - at Packington Moor near Lichfield - an intimate venue with beautiful old brick buildings set in rolling acres of countryside ... idyllic! A typically relaxed and fun photo shoot with Andy of Andrews Photography. Can’t recommend this guy highly enough, which is why we probably work with him so often!
Soon chic bridesmaids Katie, Emma and Amie Hession arrived in the VW Bay Window Van by Jonathan’s Wedding Car Hire, followed by beautiful bride Clare in Alfie the uber-cool VW Beetle - love it!
A typically relaxed ceremony followed in the lovely old Oat Barn, followed by caricaturist Mike Carlon working during photos leading to the sumptuous Wedding Breakfast that Packington always provide.
After speeches by Bride’s Father John Duckham, the Groom and Best Man David which were enjoyed by the guests, Chris filmed video messages - always a popular part of our wedding films. Then it was time for the First Dance (count on Me by Bruno Mars) and the party got into full swing ... hardly surprising given the fun crowd and highly recommended Dave Dee Disco (we ALWAYS book him for our own celebrations).
Congratulations from us all at Electra Films to the new Mr and Haynes. Please leave Clare and Richard a message using the comments form below and check back in approx 8 weeks so we can point you towards their online wedding video highlights for their Packington Moor wedding film.
