St John the Divine Church Horniglow and Littleover Lodge wedding

Joanne and Martin's wedding at St John's Church Horninglow was a happy family occasion ...

Joanne and Martin at St John's Church Horninglow.

Chris began filming at the bride’s family home at Shobnall Marina - how fab to live in such beautiful surroundings - and he reports that it was a great day and even the threatened rain held off untill after the photos.

The groom, accompanied by Martin’s brother Best Man Andy and another brother Steve with Mike Hines acting as ushers arrived looking very dapper indeed!

Soon it was time for the ladies to arrive. Maid of Honour Vikki Orton with accompanying bridesmaids Ellie and Abbie Archer looked lovely and were only outshone by the happy bride Jo, who you can see looked beautiful in her amazing wedding gown.

A small and intimate ceremony took place at St John the Divine Church, Horninglow Road, Burton-on-Trent with Rev Glenn Reading officiating. Relaxed photos followed with family friend Paul before moving on to the reception venue at Littleover Lodge. Chris and Tom said it was great to see so many children enjoying themselves - not least because they always provide fun footage!

The wedding breakfast was enjoyed by all - Chris’s exact words were ‘food was divine’ and the speeches were ‘very funny indeed’ - so looking forward to watching them in the editing process!

Chris and Tom were busy filming till the First Dance - Aerosmith’s Don’t Want to Miss A thing and as Martin and Jo chose a documentary style wedding video hopefully they won’t miss a thing either. I’m really looking forward to seeing their wedding film - sounds like fun!
