St Mark's Great Wyrley and Patshull Park wedding for Julia and William

Fab wedding at a great new venue for Electra ...

Mr and Mrs Allcott at St Mark's Church, Great Wyrley

Coverage began with bridal preparations before meeting William the Groom and Best Man brother Thomas with ushers Jack Geddes and Ross Davies for some fun photos at welcoming and friendly St Mark’s Church, Great Wyrley.

Bridesmaids arrived next and the Bride’s sister and Maid of Honour Helen Lawton looked very chic, whilst the 3 younger bridesmaids Abigail Field, Lily Prendergast and Chloe Jones looked adorable! All were only outshone by the beautiful bride Julia, who arrived with her proud father Gary Lawton.

During the lovely ceremony that followed Julia and William lit a Unity candle and apparently there was a moment when they were concerned that the vicar swaying would set himself on fire - luckily he escaped the candle’s flame though!

After a few photos it was on to Patshull Park Hotel Golf & Country Club, Pattingham - a first for Electra but we totally LOVED the venue. Great photo opportunities in the wooded area and by the lake plus lovely staff and super facilities. Highly recommended!

We were particularly appreciative of the couple’s friend and amateur videographer who helped co-ordinate the timing of the day. They didn’t get his name but wanted me to pass on their thanks to him. 

Speeches and First Dance with the exploding balloon were captured before we left, so lots of great wedding photos - over 1000 in fact!
